Health is wealth--as they say. But how can we be healthy if we do not have a good health? Having a good health is the start of everything. We can help, serve and uplift ourselves as well as our country if we do have a good health. But nowadays, almost thousands of Filipinos are suffering from dengue and most of it are the poor ones. People who can't afford themselves and children who has lots of dreams and aspirations in life are victimized by dengue.

As we all know, dengue is a disease that is hard to cure. Many people suffered and some of them died already. Dengue ruined a lot of lives. Although many people were already victims of dengue, we can still prevent  its spreading in our own simple ways. We can even save lives by donating our blood to the victims. Some health institutions and organizations already instruct us how to stop and prevent this. We just have to follow it. Cleaning our surroundings and keeping ourselves clean is already a big help.

By following and implementing these practice, I believe that we can stop the spreading of viruses carried to us by mosquitoes.

Remember, HEALTH IS WEALTH! We must take care of our own selves.
